- Transaction data: Proof of bank payment or mobile applications (Twint, Revolut, Neon, etc.). We do not store any credit card data on our servers.

The collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- The activation, management, and renewal of your IPTV subscription.
- Providing fast technical support via WhatsApp or email.
- Preventing fraud and abuse (e.g., illegal sharing of the subscription across multiple IPs simultaneously).
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your technical data (IP, MAC) is processed exclusively by our secure streaming servers for the strict purpose of routing video content to your home.

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures (SSL encryption, secure servers, restricted access) to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
5. Your Rights (nFADP)
In accordance with Swiss data protection legislation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right of rectification (correction of incorrect data).
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), provided no legal retention obligations prevent it.
